I noticed that yet another used car dealer has closed up shop on Auto Row at 99E - the place at the intersection of Glen Echo. It had only been in business for, like, 3 months, after the previous place (CARZ PLANET, or something like that) closed up shop.
Do these people really go into the used car business thinking it's easy money, and then are surprised when the reality slaps them in the face? Or are they just scammers who open a place for a while, until obligations get to be too much, and then close up and reopen as some other dealer down the street? It's really hard to believe there's anybody who would willingly buy a car from a place that might not even be around tomorrow.
