I have not had a short and stubby one like this before. When I try to suck it just feels like nothing is happening, but a little vapor comes out. Any ideas?

EDIT: I fixed it

I took my budgie Zeus to the vet because he looked sick, but it was too late. I just feel awful for not noticing sooner. I know budgies hide their sickness but I felt confident that I caught it. I was wrong.

Zeus was a rescue, who came from a neglectful home. I got him when he was 3 and owned him for 7 years. I have even made massive victories by having him step up and sit on my shoulder.

At the very least I gave him a happy home. Rest well Zeus.
