I absolutely have no idea what to do w/ my powder. Walk me thru as if im a toddler lol. I'm so new to all of this.. Ill order a scale ( but what kind) How much do we use of powder that equals 50mg& a 25 mg tab? I got 20 tabs too. Those are easy dosing. But the powder im not sure. I've been on a ( now tapered) dose of 150 to maybe 200 mg a day 7 oh... How do I dose the powder? Thank you so much in advance 🙏🏻🙏🏻
