Hi all. I recently bought a ES booster box from cardmarket for 2.5k euros. The seller described the box as fresh and straight out of a case. The box arrived with a hole on the seal and some damages on the top of it. Am i allowed to ask for a partial refund? The seller doesn't respond and neither does the support. I don't know what to do. 2500 euros is a serious amount to neglect this.

( I haven't pressed the "arrival confirm" of course)
