My mother demands that I always listen to her, even though she NEVER listens to me. Because of this, she constantly complains and whines after I also sometimes don’t listen to her. I’m starting to get tired of it, and I want to ignore her, but it feels like she deliberately provokes me so that I end up furious at the end of the conversation. Do you have any advice on how I should handle this situation?
