Just got in my first accident at 16, thankfully I wasn’t at fault because the guy hydroplaned and swerved into my lane and shot me off the road. THANKFULLY I’m okay but I was wondering how this process unfolds, my car was fully paid off but it’s unfortunately totaled. How long (usually) will it take for all this stuff to be settled and I get a new car and stuff
