I started playing the game about a month ago, so my arsenal of agents is very lackluster, Cissia and Soldier 11 are my only S ranks currently. I’ve currently got about 140 pulls saved up (so far) with no guarantee, and I am planning to pull for Billy.

From the discussion I’ve seen online, it seems that Lucia is basically essential for any rupture agent, but I just really do not like her design, and I’d rather save the pulls for other agents that I like more. That said, I do want my boy Billy to be as strong as possible, so is Lucia really as necessary as people make her out to be?
