I’m building Biz-Sahayak — a WhatsApp-first AI assistant for Indian small businesses.
The idea is simple: most Indian SMBs already run their business on WhatsApp. Leads come there, customers ask prices there, bookings happen there, follow-ups are discussed there.
They use WhatsApp.
Customer inquiry? WhatsApp.
Price poocha? WhatsApp.
Appointment book karna hai? WhatsApp.
Follow-up karna hai? WhatsApp.
Owner ko update dena hai? Again WhatsApp.
But the problem is, WhatsApp becomes messy very fast.
Leads miss ho jaate hain.
Staff late reply karta hai.
Follow-ups yaad nahi rehte.
Campaign bhej diya, but pata nahi kya convert hua.
And honestly, most owners don’t want to open another dashboard every morning.
So I’m building Biz-Sahayak as a WhatsApp-first AI assistant for SMBs.
The product has two simple parts:
This talks to customers directly. It can answer FAQs, capture leads, ask basic questions, help with appointment booking, send reminders, and follow up with people who went cold.
This is for the business owner. You can ask things like:
“Aaj kitne leads aaye?”
“Kisko follow-up chahiye?”
“Kal ka best campaign kaunsa tha?”
“Dental cleaning offer 50 customers ko bhej do.”
“Is customer ko reminder bhejna hai.”
Basically, instead of opening a CRM or analytics dashboard, the owner can just ask on WhatsApp.
We’re starting with dental clinics first, then planning to expand into salons, restaurants, tuition classes, home services, kirana/retail, etc.
The goal is not to make a fancy SaaS dashboard.
