Hi everyone, I'm an Indian nutraceuticals exporter and I'm quite new to this field. I'm seeking legal advice on the non-circumvention clause in the NDAs for my clients and my manufacturer. I've heard that Indian manufacturers often exploit loopholes and bypass NDAs. I have two questions:

1. How should I frame this clause so that my clients are reluctant to reframe it after signing it?
2. What should I do if any of them bypass the NDA?
   What is the procedure?
