Looking for a reel editor (URGENT)

I am looking for someone who can edit Instagram Reels for me. They should have a good eye for editing and be able to generate short AI clips to use as fillers when needed.
The job is quite simple, as I already have a bunch of edited videos that need to be converted into portrait-format Reels. You’ll mainly need to add good transitions, effects, and other elements to make them look polished and engaging.
You should also have a good command of English, as you’ll need to understand the content and cut the videos appropriately for Instagram.
What I’m looking for:
Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
Strong editing sense and attention to detail
Ability to create or generate short AI clips when required
Good understanding of pacing, transitions, effects, and framing
Good English comprehension
Payment: Open to discussing based on experience
Timeline: 3 reels per week
How to apply: Please DM me with your portfolio or 2–3 examples of Reels you have edited.
This can be an ongoing requirement if the work is good.

I make illustrations like this, but I’m not sure who in India actually needs it

Hey everyone,

I’ve been working as an illustrator focusing on character-driven and storytelling visuals. Sharing a few of my recent works here.

But I’ve been stuck on one thing, I’m not sure where this actually fits in the Indian market.

From a business point of view:

 • Do you see any real use for illustration like this?
 • What kind of brands would actually benefit from it?
 • Or is this something most businesses here just don’t need?

Trying to understand this better before I push further in this direction. Would really value honest opinions.

Will you use a free invoicing software

Will you use a very easy to setup free invoicing software with crm. But all the data will only be in your local machine. No cloud backup. But you can take local backups.

For a cloud hosted version you need to pay around 200 to 500 INR per month. That includes stuff like cloud backups, multi user, multi device, etc.

What feature would it need for you to betray your current invoicing software or the ones that are already free in the market?

Hiring: Cold Caller / SDR + Outbound Ops / Prospecting

NexaForge AI is hiring two people to help us build our outbound engine from zero.

We’re a Berlin-based AI engineering studio working with startups and SMEs across Europe and the US.

We build AI-native software, web applications, internal platforms, customer portals, integrations and production AI agents. We also help companies secure and prepare AI systems they've already shipped — particularly when enterprise security reviews start blocking deals.

One of our current outbound wedges is a problem we're seeing more and more:

>

That's where things like SOC 2, HIPAA, CCPA, NIST AI RMF, GDPR, NIS2 and the EU AI Act can suddenly become very real business problems.

We're looking for two solo operators to help us build the outbound machine around this and our broader AI/software offering.

1. Cold Caller / SDR

20 hrs/week · India or US

Your job is straightforward: dial, connect, qualify and book discovery calls.

We're looking for someone who:

 • Has personally made 60+ outbound dials/day
 • Can tell us their actual connect rate, conversations and meetings booked
 • Has experience calling into the US market — this is our primary territory
 • Has sold a considered B2B service: software, agency, consulting, IT services, etc.
 • Is comfortable speaking with founders, CTOs, CIOs and IT leaders
 • Has used a dialer such as Aircall, JustCall, CloudTalk, Orum or similar
 • Logs activity properly without needing to be chased
 • Can speak clear, neutral English without sounding like they're reading a script

Hours: US business hours.

If you're in India, this means roughly 6:30pm–10:30pm IST for a 20-hour week.

Tell us upfront whether those hours work for you.

2. Outbound Ops / Prospecting

20 hrs/week · India

You build the machine the caller and founders work from.

We need someone who can actually operate:

 • Apollo
 • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
 • Boolean searches + complex filtering
 • Lead sourcing and list building
 • Clay or equivalent enrichment/waterfall tools
 • Instantly / Smartlead or similar sequencing platforms
 • Inbox rotation and warmup
 • SPF, DKIM, DMARC
 • Domain warming and deliverability
 • Bounce management — target <2%
 • US + European prospecting, understanding that the two markets behave differently

Bonus if you know:

 • n8n
 • Zapier
 • APIs
 • Basic scripting
 • AI automation / agents

We're an AI engineering company, so if you naturally think in systems and automation, that's a big plus.

What both roles have in common

This is not an inherited outbound operation.

There is no giant warm database waiting for you.

You'll be helping us build the outbound engine from scratch — messaging, targeting, lists, processes and iteration.

We care about numbers, not adjectives.

"14 meetings from 1,100 contacts" tells us something.

"I'm extremely passionate about sales" doesn't.

You should be able to show actual numbers from previous work.

A few non-negotiables

 • Solo operators only
 • No agencies
 • No white-label resellers
 • No "my team of 12 SDRs"
 • You need to personally do the work
 • You should be comfortable working independently
 • First 2 weeks are a paid ramp against one clear target

Compensation

Monthly base + bonus per qualified meeting held + % of closed revenue.

Exact numbers will depend on the role and location and will be discussed on the call.

Paid monthly via Wise or Payoneer.

No net-60 nonsense.

It takes around 5 minutes.

[Hiring] Experienced React/Next.js Developer to Audit & Finish Existing Website — ~90% Complete

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for an experienced developer to take over and finish an existing company website, which is currently around 90% complete.

Website: https://mpack.co.in

I originally hired a freelancer through Reddit to develop the website. The site was largely completed, but after payment the developer became unresponsive and the proper project handover was never completed.

Current situation

 • The website is live and publicly accessible.
 • Domain is owned and controlled by me through GoDaddy.
 • The website was developed/deployed using Vercel/Netlify and GitHub during development.
 • I currently don't have access to the original GitHub repository or the original hosting/project account.
 • The website itself is approximately 90% complete.
 • There are some remaining design/content/functionality issues to finish.
 • I'm currently trying to determine how much of the existing project/source can be recovered before considering any rebuild.

What I need

I'm not looking for someone to blindly rebuild the website from scratch.

I want someone technically experienced who can first:

 1. Audit the existing live website and deployment.
 2. Determine whether the existing source code/project can be recovered.
 3. Identify exactly what is missing/incomplete.
 4. Recover/redeploy the existing project if possible.
 5. Finish the remaining ~10%.
 6. Properly transfer the entire project into accounts that I own and control.

The developer should be comfortable with React/Next.js, GitHub, Vercel/Netlify, DNS/domain configuration and deployment workflows.

Very important — proper handover

After my previous experience, I'm specifically looking for someone who understands that the project must ultimately belong to the client.

The final setup should have:

 • GitHub repository under my ownership
 • Vercel/hosting project under my ownership
 • Domain/DNS under my ownership
 • All source code and project files
 • Required environment variables/configuration
 • Any third-party service/API access properly documented
 • Ability for me to independently deploy/manage the website
 • Proper documentation/handover

The developer can have collaborator/admin access as required, but I must remain the account owner.

Who I'm looking for

Please contact me only if you have actual experience with production websites and deployment, particularly Next.js/React + GitHub + Vercel/Netlify.

When DMing, please include:

 • Your portfolio/GitHub
 • 2–3 relevant projects you've personally worked on
 • Your experience with Vercel/Netlify and GitHub
 • Whether you've taken over an existing project from another developer before
 • Your estimated approach to this particular job
 • Your estimated cost after reviewing the website

I am happy to pay fairly for good work. I'm primarily looking for technical competence, reliability and proper ownership/handover, rather than the cheapest quote.

Please do not immediately quote for a complete rebuild without first looking at the existing website and determining what can be recovered.

I'm based in India and would preferably work with an Indian developer, although I'm open to the right person regardless of location.

Thanks.

Is there a market for organic growth through Reddit?

I’m an experienced software dev and have been on Reddit for 10+ years. I’ve got 24K karma on this account and 14K on another, with most of it coming from comments rather than posts.

I’ve gotten pretty good at understanding Reddit culture, what gets traction in different communities, and how to participate without coming across as spammy. Some of my posts/comments have also ranked well in search and even made it to the news.

The main question I’m trying to answer is:
can I actually use this skill to make some additional money on the side?

I’m not talking about selling/farming karma or spamming links. I’m thinking more along the lines of helping a startup/product build an organic presence on Reddit, finding relevant conversations, figuring out what kind of content works in a particular subreddit, etc.

For those who do freelance work or run businesses:
Is this something companies actually pay for? If so, where would I find these kinds of clients?

What Would You Expect in a ₹4,000 Business Website Package?

Hi everyone,

I recently started offering affordable websites for small businesses, freelancers, professionals, startups, and local businesses. I'm trying to keep pricing accessible while still delivering modern, high-performance websites.

What I offer

 • Business websites
 • Portfolio websites
 • Dynamic portfolio websites
 • Blog setup
 • Blog & post creation
 • Unlimited pages (based on your requirements)
 • Fully responsive, mobile-friendly design
 • Contact forms
 • WhatsApp integration
 • Google Maps integration
 • Basic SEO setup
 • SSL/HTTPS
 • Free hosting
 • Website deployment
 • 1 month of minor updates after delivery

Tech Stack

 • Next.js
 • React
 • TypeScript
 • Tailwind CSS

The only thing clients need to purchase separately is their domain name (.com, .in, etc.). I take care of hosting and deployment at no additional cost.

Minor updates include things like changing text, images, contact details, prices, business hours, and blog posts. New features, custom functionality, or major redesigns would be treated as separate work.

I'm still refining this service, so I'd genuinely appreciate feedback from other freelancers and business owners.

 • Does the pricing seem reasonable?
 • Are there any features you'd expect to be included?
 • What do small businesses usually care about most when getting their first website?

I'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions.
