I recently bought a Panasonic NV-HS960, but it didn't come with any remote. The unit works perfectly, but there are many functions which can only be accessed by remote control. I bought an RM Series RMD10260 as this was advertised as being a direct replacement, but I cannot get it to work.

Any advice is much appreciated.
