I am usually playing blitz chess 3+0 on lichess and i am rated around 2150 with spikes and deeps of course.

Three months ago i decided to start playing chess more seriously and started studying as well. I am studying endgames,tactics and a bit of openings. I also participate in OTB rapid and classical tournaments. In these three months my lichess rating has collapsed into the 1800s,lower that it has been for almost a decade.

I am losing positions that seem impossible to lose and i have a feeling that my playing is just terrible.

I have lost motivation to study anything but i am just trying to push through.

Any thoughts?
