Hi! I have had HS pretty much in remission (it’s been mostly soreness in my armpits but bearable and Im super grateful it’s been in that space) and I had a preventative double mastectomy about a month and a half ago. This caused an HS flare and while it’s mostly under control now , after a month and a half out my armpit hair is barely growing back and I still have a pretty rancid smell here and there. I am seeing my derm next week about this, but I was wondering- has anyone experienced something similar and if so how long did it take for things to kind of get back to normal? Thank you so much!
