Howdy! Um i saw someone o the cool kick stand spin with their rebel. Is that something we can do with cruisers? Do i need to get abspecial kickstand for it? I kinda assumed my bike was too heavy i have an 1100 ace but like picking it up is pretty easy so.... what do yall think

I was a car girly for a long time but working on my shadow has been one of my greatest joys. I got the dyno vision jet kit. And i pulled the carbs today. Im waiting for a new fuel pump which should arrive this week. I am so excited because i feel like this is the best my baby is gonna run in a long time. Her previous owner didnt seem like the fix it type. Ill keep dropping videos and pictures of her mods and fixes.

I have 96 shadow ace. I am quite sure it needs a carb tune. I am looking for starting recomendations.
She is straight piped
Full throttle she sputters and loses power. Like 75% open is where i get the most and if open her the rest of the way she starts sputtering
Sometimes she will have a really dificult time starting or she start i drive her like 200 feet and then she starts dying.
Looking for a guess or starting points like shim amt, jet size etc

I am looking for different suspension springs (or whole bits for the rear) i have a vt1100c2 ACE. I am heavy👉👈 250lbs and often it feels like the suspension is pretty weak. I occasionally take passengers as well so i am looking for stiffer suspension options.
Howdy yall! So i have been kicking around this idead of turboing my 1996 honda shadow ACE.

I know many will say just buy a 1300 or up cos cheaper, i am in The camp of, i like working on my bike this would be a fun project.
I have looked at the tj brutal kits/ velocity stacks are so.ewhat to blame for this idea
Ok the idea. Putting the turbo where the current airbox is. Piping the exhaust in through the side/modifying the lockable body panel/compartment.
I feel like there is anple space for this, you could 2 in 1 the exahust and then pipe it into the turbo in the airbox, and use the frame port to then deliver the air to the carbs. You could put another radiator on top of the current or i kinda like the idea of putting a lil on on the forks like where people put fork bags. Its not gonna be a huge turbo so there would be tons of room. You could put fiberglass and shielding on the bottom of the seat or make a lid pretty easy.

Howdy! I have a 1996 honda shadow ace. The Headlight is held in by 2 screws. I HAVE TO REPLACE THESE SCREWS LIKE EVERY OTHER MONTH BECAUSE THEY KEEP FALLING OUT. Does anyone have recommendations or ideas? I have used loctite and they still fly free.
I am installin an LED diode kit on my 96 shadow ace. But after i have hooked it up. The indicator no longer blinks when i use the right turn signal. The front right blinker does blink, but the rear right signal does not. They all blink without the diode kit. Pls help
