So my friend and I have made a challenge betting on wether Mr Robot ends with him watching the Martian (since it was his promise to Trentons little brother to watch it with him).

So in the last episode he obviously doesnt directly go to the cinema with him to watch The Martian BUT in the last scene, he revisits every memory since he first saw Mr. Robot.

This then means that if he watched The Martian in that time period, he would have seen that memory -> he watched The Martian in cinema.

So we kinda disagree with this and need a third opinion
