GMC Sierra 1500 5.3 2015

I am needing some direction and help to find out what is wrong with my truck. It tends to rev/ hit rpms higher than normal, feels like it’s vibrating or shaking when parked, and I think it runs hot. (Only vehicle I’ve driven that steams every time I’m in a car wash)

I have taken it to multiple mechanics, dealerships, and some chained places over the years ands it’s always in ‘good shape’.

In 2017 I had the recall of vacuum pump and got it replaced. In 2020 my transmission went out and I got it replaced. Then in 2023/24 I had my lifters/ gaskets go out and got them replaced. Each time it’s been a full inspection as well and every place has said they have no clue, just bad luck.

My truck doesn’t feel right and I cannot afford to be down a vehicle, and can definitely not afford a full repair of these again. I have never used or done anything crazy with it, just normal driving and some light towing.

I am at 130k miles, I have regularly serviced everything. Recently changed spark plugs & ball joints in hopes of fixing something. But still feels off.

Is it anything to do with the vacuum system? Or cooling system? Like I honestly don’t know what to do, if it’s checked out fine. I also can’t afford the 300-700$ inspection/ investigation fee again, I’m so beat and stressing out hard.

I appreciate any advice or recommendations, or anything.
