Vehicle: 2012 ford mustang gt

I have been getting a p0420 code and have since replaced the cats (low mileage OEM), downstream o2 sensors, and inspected for exhaust manifold leaks. For a while the problem seemed to go away but after changing spark plugs (ngk) I noticed a vibration, possibly a slight misfire, at idle with no codes. Yesterday while driving I received p0420 and p0430 codes at the same time. My guess is that it's afr related, possibly lazy upstream o2's? The pictures are of the freeze frame data

Side note: car is boosted, already checked for vacuum leaks, and maf was recently replaced as well
