Hey chuckers,

About 5 weeks ago I sustained what would be the first of several unfortunate events that lead have now resulted in an L5/S1 Disc extrusion. Sciatica down my left leg with my ROM quite limited.

All the physio stuff is looking good and I'm on track for a good recovery.

That being said, there's a long way to go with a lot of core/lower back strength training on the books, as well as general increase in mobility.

Looking for any advice from any peeps who might have gone through something like this. I've put tennis on the shelf for a while with no rush to return (except it's killing me).

Any tips/feedback/advice is appreciated. :)

Old mate tried parking front in to the spot next to this Mazda. Clipped the bumper, made an “oh shit” look at me, and conveniently ignored the other open spots around, and parked on the other side of the carpark.

Asked him if he was aware that he clipped the car and he got defensive. His front right has matching damage to Mazda in the pic.

If it’s yours, or you know whose it is. Reach out. I’ve got the pics and possibly a video.

Edit: ive already let the Coles upstairs know as well as the local cop shop.

Sometimes they don’t have the registered owners current details on file so I posted here too.

Also with the position of the hit, sometimes this kind of thing goes unnoticed for days. So anyway. It’s posted here.
