I was given a PS5 as a gift at the beginning of the year. Everything was working fine, and I could play online games without any issues while simultaneously watching TV shows and movies from platforms like Amazon Prime on the TV.

Suddenly I’d say about a month ago or more that’s no longer possible, because every time I play an online game, I have trouble watching movies and TV shows from any platform on the TV.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Can anyone help me with this problem?
