How to tell NF I'm pregnant

I've been with my NF for almost 9 years. Since my oldest was a baby. I have 3 NK (9, 6, 5). I am 9 weeks pregnant and planning to wait til I get my NIPT test results back to tell them I'm pregnant. (Around 12 weeks) They are all aware this news is coming at some point- my husband and I have been working with a clinic due to infertility for the last year. Anywho. So I know they'll be excited, but it's obviously the start of a very very hard goodbye. I really want to make it special for my girls so that they feel loved and included in this massive change in all of our lives. They talk all the time about how they will babysit my kids one day.

Any ideas please tell me! Should I tell NP first? Or surprise everyone at the same time? Give me all the cute ideas, and NP please weigh in here on how you would feel. We're like family, they were at my wedding, but also obviously they are my bosses at the end of the day.

Pregnancy Brain

I just did the most mortifyingly embarrassing thing I've done since getting pregnant. I fell asleep at 7:30 (not the embarrassing part), and woke up at 9 in a sheer panic because I'd slept through my alarm. I'm a nanny for 3 kids. Immediately I rushed to the bathroom to start getting ready. My bosses hadn't even tried texting or calling me. They must be absolutely livid. I finished in the bathroom and ran to get changed when I looked down and realized I was wearing my clothes from today ...and that it was still Tuesday...and that it was 9PM NOT AM.

😭😭😭😭😭 They haven't messaged back. The best we can hope for is that they think I'm drunk.

7+0 today. Babys heart rate was 138, measured between 7.5-9.3mm and I'm graduated from my clinic.

I cried an embarrassing amount the entire time I was there, and also at Starbucks afterwards.

(I'll put photos in the comments...lil bubs is a curled up cashew right now).
