Help wanted with rat tribal commander deck

I'm having trouble cutting this deck down to size for my pod. I normally like to use more chill casual decks, however a player in my pod has been quite toxic lately.
That being said, the goal of this is to maintain optimal power within the theme to counteract them. The focus on the deck is constant removal to trigger my commander and stop their crazy combos.
