I'm 3 weeks into my diet. But my sweet tooth has skyrocketed!
I'm just doing basic calorie reduction and more movement. Adding protein daily. Nothing crazy or very structured really. I've been meal prepping. I drink a fruit, veggies, and protein smoothie almost daily.
But the want/ craving of desserts is driving me nuts. I've been making sugar free brownies and eating the daily. Daily! Sometimes 2xs a day!
I don't know how to get rid of this craving.
