I got everything switched over finally! Thanks to the help in here. I did call customer support but they had no answers. So my husband removed me from his family and we made up random emails for my kids. I managed to keep my data. However the entire exercise tab is gone. I can't view past exercise, I cant view current exercise. You can see here its there but its clearly glitched. Does the new app no longer track exercise? If this isn't an option ill just go ahead and buy a new device now with another company. Do you guys have access to your old exercise info? Do you guys have your exercise tab still after switching? Does it take a few days to load or something? Any advice is greatly appreciated! I can not understand what theyre doing. Plz lmk if this is a tech issue with the app and ill try customer service again tomorrow. Thank you! Below is a picture of my app perfectly fine and working except exercise.

I woke up to suspended accesss. I cannot get into the fitbit app and can't create a Google account either. My husband and I have tried everything to fix this over the course of these months. Can anyone direct me to a customer service number who can help? I can't find anything online and apparently now ill not be able to view anything until this is fixed. Heres some photos of my issue. It wont let me into fitbit and it won't allow me to create a Google account cuz it says its already in use. (Ive had my Gmail for over 20 years.) I dont know why it wont let me create an account. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have no clue what to do and now I'm locked out.

DO NOT TRADE THE DRAGON AFTER ADDING THE SECONDARY ELEMENT! It sadly erases the element. I unfortunately added a very expensive bubble pot to my new prized dragon. Then passed it around my accounts to help level it up faster for the next rebirth. When I gave it back to my main (the account with the subscription) my bubble element was gone. I'm so sad I didn't even think about how that could be problematic. Someone had told me the 5th stat would stay after putting it on a dragon but if elements don't stay, I don't think the stats will either. However I do not have proof on that one. Only have proof on the secondary added element erasing after trading it. Im so sad about losing my bubble pot. I really want to warn others. Please be careful with the perks that come with that subscription. If you do something to a dragon, don't use anything expensive and don't trade it. Id also beware of adding an element if you aren't sure you'll keep the subscription. Im guessing the subscription running out will also remove and waste the potion you added as a secondary element. I hope this helps some people before they make the same mistake. 😫😭
