Cancer f and Virgo m issue :D

the case is:
I (cancer f) know for a long time(we worked together before many years) the male virgo. I feel something for him.
years and years he has liked almost all my photos.
Anyway, we chat and understood each other to meet.
We didn’t understand about the hour, I waited him to write to me. He didn’t, the day came and he didn’t write to me until 8 in the evening. I wrote to him then.
Then he apologised and said this and that happened, and that he came home just now.
Anyway I told him that he could have wrote me a message to let me know.
He said sorry again and if that’s my only day off.
I didn’t write anything to him since then. (yesterday)
I don’t want this kind of messy behaviour, but I do have a thing for him and don’t want to let this go like this.
Do I write to him, or is this going to be read by him like he can always do whatever he wants and get away with it easily
