When do i get notifications on phone, like if im in a big group chat do i only get notifications if someone tags me or dms me on discord?

Why now does it say i need a premium membership to use tools on wobo tools i used to be able to use for free?

Why do people use IEDs instead of just using the explosive strait up, its more expensive and will do the same damage,or according to wobo does less damage.
