This might sound super dumb, but does anyone have any tips for beginners?

I got this game a while ago, played it about 10 months ago, and it was a bit fun, but I was just super duper confused on what to do. I get the gist it's like fortnite, but it seems a lot more confusing. I'm not great by any means, I'm pretty stiff and clunky. I also (this is more of a me issue) struggle to remember every single ability and how to use the skill cards in battle and then in battle I get scared and just end up running away and not performing well. Does anyone have any tips at all? like, with Fortnite, the controllers are really easy to remember and get the hang of, I just can't figure it out really.. 😅

Oh, also, I'm not sure if theres a way for me to get characters in game without paying, I think there is the roll thing, but, again, I'm dumb and don't know exactly how to do it, so, when people are saying about choosing characters, I'm not sure if it'll really work right now? I don't know if this makes any sense at all lol. What I mean is that I don't think I can practice with many other characters other than midoriya. /nm

Also a bit of an update, I ran through the tutorial and practised a bit of the battle stuff, and even though it was NPCs, I felt a little more confident. I was running around like a headless chicken a bit lol when the enemies arrived, but I hit a few of them and did a few finishing moves. :)

Hi, would anyone be ok with drawing me maybe? :)

they are really stupid images for the most part on purpose, but idk I thought it would be cool to ask :) thank youu

also, sorry if I didn't follow one of the rules, I kept checking to make sure I followed them, but I'm not sure if I've overlooked any or misunderstood some :< ik some are a little blurry, but i assume its ok.
