Hoang Tuan Origami Shop - Beware
I saw Hoang Tuan Origami Shop online and the papers looked beautiful. I placed an order in november for 15 papers. The cost was around 75 dollars, not bank breaking but not the best especially considering its in Vietnam. The papers looked promising but nothing has come in yet. Nothing shipped at all. It's been 7 months.
A month in I contacted the shop to see why it hasn't shipped. I was met with a few excuses and I let it be, I wasn't in a rush. I've contacted them every 2 months to see whats going on and I get more excuses like there was a flood or there being not enough manpower... If you own a shop and can't send an order within a month let alone HALF A YEAR then maybe its time to take less orders or hire some people.... I was promised an expidited order yet I never hear anything after false promises.
I've had enough with the false promises and excuses and will probably contact my bank for a refund unless the owner ships out ASAP. Its a last resort, I was really looking forward to the beautiful paper. Have others had a similar experience?
