High protien, low calorie snack reccomendations?

Posting because I've been stuck on the same 3-4 snacks for like 6 months and I'm bored. Hoping people will share what's in their pantry/fridge.

For context I lift four times a week, run twice, sitting around 15% bf and trying to stay there without doing the bulk/cut cycle thing. Maintenance is around 2200, I aim for 165g protein. My meals are pretty boring (chicken rice broccoli, the usual) so snacks are where I have flexibility but also where I can mess up macros fast if I'm not careful. Right now im getting bored of my current rotation:

Chomps beef sticks. 9g protein and 90 cals per stick is hard to beat and I like that they're grass-fed. Honestly the packaging is half the reason I keep buying them, they survive being in my gym bag for two weeks and I never have to think about whether they've gone bad..

Good Culture cottage cheese. The single serve cups not the big tub because if I buy the tub I will eat the entire thing in two sittings, I have accepted this about myself. 15g protein for 90 cals. Most cottage cheese on shelves is heat treated to death, this one keeps the live cultures intact so you get some gut benefit on top of the protein. I usually have one with a peach or some everything bagel seasoning depending on mood.

Go Raw sprouted pumpkin seeds. Started buying these like four months ago and i love em so far. 8g protein per quarter cup, two ingredients (seeds and sea salt), and they're sprouted instead of roasted, which matters to me as regular roasted pumpkin seeds have phytic acid that blocks mineral absorption, sprouting the beans breaks that down so you get the magnesium and zinc the seeds are loaded with. Magnesium specifically has been a gamechanger for cramping on long runs.

What I want is to add a couple more options because three is a small rotation and I'm bored of the same stuff. If anyone has suggestions for snacks, I'm looking for ideas that fit what I already buy:

Real protein (5g+ per serving, not the marketing kind)

Clean ingredient list, no seed oils or fillers

Shelf-stable is a big plus, I travel a lot for work

Plant or animal both fine, I'm not picky there

TIA

I've been using a body spray for a while and the smell starts coming through a few hours into the day. been thinking about switching to an antiperspirant since those actually reduce the sweat rather than just covering the smell, but the one thing putting me off is I've heard they can leave white marks on dark clothing. I wear a lot of dark colours so that would just be trading one problem for another. Nonetheless, I smell and i don't want to so thats the most important thing rn. I've decided on three antiperspirants and i want to know your opinion

Old Spice High Endurance - a lot of people say the scent lasts well into the day which is what i need as my days are long and after work i usually hit the gym and then hop on the subway to get home, where i'll walk in smelling pretty funky.

Dove Men+Care Clean Comfort - 72 hour protection claim and has a moisturizing formula. reviews consistently mention it holding up through long days for smell, which ticks that box. I wonder if the moisturizing formula would help overtime with dead skin in the armpit that contributes to the bad smells, or if it just makes the skin smooth?

Nivea Men Black and White - 72 hour protection, roll on format that goes on as a liquid and absorbs in. has a patented anti-stain formula designed to prevent white marks on dark clothes and yellow stains on whites. The anti-stain property in this is the most appealing thing to me and the reviews say it smells nice, though im not familiar with any of the nivea deodorants.

The main thing that i cant figure out is whether the staining issue is something all antiperspirants do after you sweat out the aluminium through the day or if it's how you apply? If anyone has any recommendations or has used any of these please share, Thanks!
