Customer cancelled huge order AFTER I already picked up?

I’ve never had this happen before. I had only picked it up about 4 minutes before and was en route to them. It said I’ll still be paid but said nothing about the food. This is about $100 order of food. It feels scammy but I dont see how. Just, why?

I am pissed. Somebody trying to get free food and I’m in danger of being deactivated? I dropped off every single order. I always double check the addresses too. And the mention of “multiple missing items” report. There has been only ONE & that bag was sealed, and the receipt matched everything on the order.

Also, they don’t show what order it was so how can I give them any info?

How do I go about responding to them with this?
