Chemistry UIC Teachers
I’m taking three chemistry courses, physical, analytical, and structure and function in the fall. I’ve been dreading this semester since planning out my degree map because I keep hearing AWFUL things about the professors that teach these classes. They both have terrible reviews on ratemyprofessor and I’ve heard countless horror stories from people on how bad Tripa and Yermolina are. Unfortunately though, there’s no way around them given that they are the only professors that teach these classes. If there’s anyone who has taken and done well in these courses, can you tell me what worked for you? I want to be prepared as I go into the semester rather than struggle and fall behind trying to find a system that works for me. I already know it’s gonna be such a rough semester :(
