Ik its like beating a dead horse, but I just can't get rid of my bumpsteer! Read desc. please

I've tried flipped tie rod ends, steering rack risers, delrin steering rack slider, I've tried flipped ends and a rack riser at the same time, extended lower ball joints, raising my ride height, lowering my ride height, I've spent somewhere close to $600 on alignments trying to get it to drive ok and I'm still right where I started. its genuinely a nightmare to drive and I'm getting really fed up with the car. someone please help and point me in the right direction. I've started doing string alignments just to try different things and it tracks in a straight line great until a tiny little bump or imperfection in the road.

Finally fixed my EP3's biggest eyesore!

about $45 in supplies and a couple of hours got my fender looking much better! I wouldn't call it "good" by any means, its also my first time painting a panel on any car. However it's a massive improvement I'd say. I did it outside in the shade and it was intermittently a light breeze so there was a little bit of overspray on some other bits and a good bit of dust and crap in the paint its self, but it doesn't bother me much. If I were ever to do more of the car, which I do plan to do my roof, hood, front bumper, and drivers door eventually, I'd do a more proper setup in my garage. But for how cheap this was and the little effort I put in, its good enough in my book! I do plan to wet sand and polish, but the instructions say to wait 7 days before doing so, so I will be back next Tuesday with an update of how it turned out! I'm hoping me driving it around for the next week won't somehow affect how it turns out as I assume the 7 days thing is for cure time.😬

photos of the damage. don't mind my yelling, I was already having a bad day and this was just the cherry on top! All the damage from what I can see is cosmetic, but I just had all those parts replaced in fall of 25 because someone hit my car. And because it was their fault, their insurance covered it. However I'm 99% sure I have minimum coverage which means I'm SOL. I'm going to check in the morning to see if I put comp or not, I remember thinking about doing it but don't remember if I ever did or not. Lowk, may just let insurance take the car if the payout is good enough assuming I'm covered. If not I'll probably buy it back, remove the fender, drive it around for the time being and buy a different daily. It will never be perfect, never was, and if its missing a fender, it doesnt really matter for a weekend toy.
