So I am scheduled in the mornings to open and then leave at 3pm.

I am usually the only person who is scheduled to leave at 3 because I have to pick up my son by 4pm.

When 3oclock hits i am usually left at my station until someone comes to take my place which is around 3:20
and im still expected to stock

And if im on F2F good luck because managers forget that im outside and I end up leaving close to 4pm

Everytime I bring it up that id like to leave on time, my managers always have an attitude because they are short-staffed and want me to stay another hour

I am 25 but look and act fairly young so I believe they assume that I have nothing better to do?

It just doesn’t make sense to me and I’ve been working in fast food since middle school and have never been treated like this.

Is this a chick fil a thing and am I blowing it out of proportion? Or is it just my location
