Office jobs that match my salary?

Right now I have a home-based business. It’s been stable employment for me for over 15 years and I make about 92k from it. (Actually 72k from it and 20k from a side hustle.)
I’m coming to face the fact that I need cheaper housing, though. But if I move to a cheaper area, I lose my clientele. Moving somewhere cheaper but losing my income would obviously not be helpful.
Are there any generic office jobs anymore that would pay what I’m already making or more, for a middle aged person with a long career in a different field (and a Master’s in her old field?)
I don’t care what the job is…if I were to leave the business I’ve built and the career I actually love, it would be out of absolute financial necessity. I’m just wondering if any entry level office jobs actually pay 92k or more.

Who's getting by on five figures in a HCOL area?

I would love to hear real tips from people who:

  1. Have an income at or under $100k, total household gross income
  2. Live in a HCOL area. Basically, if realistic (meaning, like, no rat infestation in the building) housing options exist under, let's say... $2800/month, then info from your area isn't very helpful.
  3. Live in the US, or another country where healthcare is expensive, and
  4. Have kids

Tell me your budgeting tips, where you're saving money, etc. Thank you!

Suggested fish and cooking method for a vegetarian cook?

I'm a vegetarian who would like to start giving my kids fish from time to time. I learned how to cook chicken, and that was intimidating but I handled it, and occasionally I'll brown ground beef for something. But I've never done fish because, frankly, I never liked seafood even BEFORE I was a vegetarian, and I hate the smell.

But the time has come, and I want to learn.

Any suggestions for a fish and cooking method that's beginner friendly, especially for someone who's generally averse to the smell of seafood?

Thanks!
