How to get my money back??
Hi guys, I’m a foreigner here in Malaysia. Last year, I paid an agent 9k to process my visa. He said if he cannot provide the service, he will return everything. I only trusted him because a friend of mine has successfully processed the visa by him for 6 years. However, he couldn’t process it for me, so I have to ask another agent, and finally get the visa.
The problem is it’s been 5 months and he still hasn’t paid me back my money. He didn’t avoid the call, but kept saying he would pay back soon. And I am really frustrated now. Money is not a big deal, but I hate people using my trust and lying to me.
Do you guys have any way for me to get back my money and teach him a lesson so he wouldn’t dare to do the same to others. I don’t want to report police because I doubt that they would actually do anything to him since there is no contract between us (I know it’s stupid but I trusted my friend, that’s why). I also know another person that he couldn’t provide his service so he needs to pay back the money also.
I need some advice for some methods to fk him up without causing me trouble. I got his name, address, and his IC no.
