What else is being built by Barnes & Noble?

ETA: Thanks everyone! Per several folks in the comments, looks like the answer is a Panda Express. It ALSO sounds like there is going to be a Raising Cane's chicken finger place right next to it, in addition to Jaggers. (Now if only that damn "We'll be open by the end of April" Kpot would hurry up and finally open down the street....😂)

I'm just curious if anyone has any insight on the second structure being built in the same parking lot as the Barnes & Noble (specifically where the footprint of twin peaks used to be). I know Jaggers (a burger joint owned by the same company as Texas Roadhouse) is going in at the corner, but they are building a second structure from scratch that looks to have red vertical corners, likely another food place from the looks of it, but no signage indicating what it's going to be.

Also, for other "nosy about new businesses" folks like me 😂 they are apparently putting in a Home Sense (a Marshalls/TJ Maxx type of store with more of a focus on home decor and furniture) where the old Big Lots used to be, behind the Jason's Deli).

Cheap Pepperoni (0.99) at Cloverdale HT

I know we're all struggling to pay for groceries, wanted to let fellow bargain-seekers know that they (the Harris Teeter on Cloverdale) still had a bunch of these bags back in the meat section (at the end of one of the open coolers) tonight at 5pm, Tuesday June 16. The expiration dates are all June 22nd. With your Vic card, they come out to 99 cents apiece. ❤️

Wisdom Tooth Extraction (no insurance)

Hey everyone! I just wanted to ask for recommendations for dental offices in Winston that perform wisdom tooth extractions - Just had a piece chip off of one of mine and while it's not currently hurting I know it's only a matter of time.

I'm not dental phobic BUT I do not currently have dental insurance so hopefully I can find a place that can do payment plans or sliding scale, etc. I will not qualify for CareCredit, just to head that suggestion off at the pass.

I'm looking for a decent professional office in or around Winston that ideally isn't "corporate phone booth" style (e.g. Lane & Associates, Aspen Dental, etc. where it's a bunch of closet sized examination rooms and one overworked dentist dashing back and forth and giving everybody piss-poor service and zero chairside manner.) I appreciate any recommendations y'all have! ❤️
