Guys I'm embarrassed and I genuinely don't know who to ask so l'm asking here

During my period is it normal to get this sudden sharp or shock-like pain in your lower abdomen or even anal area (idk the exact area I get these cramps like thing) whenever you pee, poop, or even fart?? Or is this just me?!!!

It hurts SO bad sometimes, it's worst when I fart LOL

During peeing it hurts less but it's still there every time
I don't know if it's just cramps, but it almost feels like my nerves are suddenly being stretched or shocked for a second.

PLEASE tell me if anyone else gets this😭

I didn't used to get cramps before but now I'm experiencing such stuff
