Working full time and homeschooling?

I have three children, two in 3rd grade and a preschooler. My husband works full time and I recently started working part time and I’m considering moving to full time. My husband and I could work opposite shifts from each other so we wouldn’t need childcare but I’m still the primary educator for my kids and I’m wondering if anyone else has had experience with both parents working full time and still being able to homeschool? I’m just worried about getting burned out and I’m looking for suggestions on how to organize and/or divide the work load that homeschool has.

New job

I put in a job application for a call center. I have hearing loss in my right ear and wear a hearing aid. Has anyone else had a problem wearing a hearing aid when working a job that requires a headset? I’m pretty sure this job has a singular sided type of headset so would it be possible to wear it on my left ear and not have any problems?

My ENT recommended a second MIR because it’s been a few years since my first one and although my first scan didn’t show anything since my hearing loss has gotten worse he wants to check again to make sure that there isn’t anything benign in my brain growing that could be the cause. I’m 37 and started having issues with hearing loss and tinnitus when I was 31, although I suspect it could’ve started earlier. I haven’t had any head injuries or accidents so my bilateral hearing loss is pretty uncommon for my age. Has anyone had any experience with this issue before? Should I be worried? (Just started wearing a hearing aid 4 weeks ago, still adjusting to it)
