For context a friend of mine started self harming with a sharp object. They their cut wrist and would often say it’s because of their meds. They take medication for ADHD and his mother side has a history of depression and things of the sort. He has episodes where he would say phases that states he wants to self harm or even worse end it. I’m not his therapist or his family, but I do care for this person and need help. If there’s anything I can do I’ll do it
