EcoFlow app showing 0W grid import even though Shelly and smart meter show correct usage
Has anyone else run into an issue on the Android app where the EcoFlow power flow graphic shows 0W from the grid, and only occasionally flashes the correct import value?
My setup includes a Shelly meter, and the Shelly tile in the EcoFlow app consistently shows the correct grid usage (also matches my Octopus smart meter), but the main EcoFlow graphic is mostly stuck at 0W.
For example:
- Shelly tile shows ~500W grid import
- EcoFlow flow graphic still shows 0W from grid
Because of this, all of the grid import stats and history in the EcoFlow app are completely inaccurate.
I’ve already tried unbinding and rebinding everything a few times, but it still behaves the same. All devices also have a strong and stable Wi-Fi signal, so it doesn’t seem to be a connectivity issue. Shelly meter, Stream Ultra are all running the latest versions of firmware. Running the latest EcoFlow android app. Energy delivery strategy is set to smart meter and the Shelly smart meter is selected.
Just wondering if this is a known bug on Android or if anyone has found a fix?
