i think something is wrong with my rig, years ago i remember playing ac 3 in 720p flawlessly and completed the game like that but now games older than that run WAY worse than i remember like ac 3 now give SINGLE DIGIT FPS! in 320x200!!!

my pc specs are :- intel i3 4005u integrated intel hd 4400 graphics, 4gb ddr3 ram and an ssd. OS- windows 10

i am looking for some slow tactical games with realistic mechanics like arma 3 tarkov, ready or not etc. ive already played SWAT 4 and it was so good. i was hoping i could find more gems like this?
