We moved 2 months ago from US and my kids have basically stopped eating. Looking for multivitamin recommendations. Since the move my 5 and 7 year old have completely regressed with food. New city, new school, new everything and apparently now they only eat plain pasta and crackers. I know it's a stress thing and we're working on it but in the meantime I just want to make sure they're getting what they need. What are Canadian parents here actually using and trusting? What do your kids actually take?
