Amazon Customer Care lying to people
I had placed an order for an Arrow Suit and the wrong colour was delivered to me, also a very bad quality suit was delivered to me. I took the pictures and raised the complaint that day itself. I called the customer care and he told me, call after 2-3 days cod orders take 2 days to be delivered. So I waited and called after 2 days, they told me, we did an internal investigation and we have found that we have delivered the correct order. I showed them pictures with a receipt and they said sorry no return, replacement or refund even after stating on the website post of the product that there's guaranteed 10 days return and replacement. Such an awful experience with the customer care supervisor, so rude and unapologetic about the whole and she had the audacity to say that the product being wrong is my fault. This is the first time I have experienced this, I think I need to go to consumer court.
