I’ve been on lexapro and the fatigue is awful.. however 20 mg feels like it’s the only thing doing the trick for my GAD/panic.. I’ve tried every SSRI and SNRI in the book.. the only two meds that were efficient for my fatigue was Lexapro/Wellbutrin combo.. Lexapro Wellbutrin combo was great but I got HORRIBLE migraines on 150 mg.. will never go back… then I tried cymbalta.. Cymbalta didn’t do much for my anxiety but my energy was good.. my question is.. has anyone tried lexapro/strattera for fatigue? I’m thinking it’s norepinephrine I need.. Desperate for answers or some kind of advice.. really struggling.
