Me and Let's call him Jake had been on a date prior but on the second date last sunday we went urban exploring, ended up getting arrested. I got 3 misdemeanors and he got one felony. I bonded him out before he was supposed to be put in the jumpsuit Jake was supposed to come over yesterday to discuss our legal timeline but saturday night he texts me "i dont think i can do this this is just too stressful" after all week of me conforting him finding solutions for him and quite frankly getting him off, I noticed he started getting quieter once he found out he was not going to jail. I feel used and thrown away we've decided to soften the truth for court but would I be the asshole to tell the whole truth which would get him convicted of a felony. I'm kind of scared he'll do the same to me I've been texting him off and on but at the end of the day if i continued like this i'd technically be comitting perjury. I still love him but I'm beyond hurt and scared. If there is a way to provide a tip anonymously and it should be done how do you do that? Should I ask what I did wrong because he never directly told me.
