I just finished this comic and it's such a love letter to pro wrestling. You can feel the admiration and intensity bursting through the panels. What I like best about it though are the emotional beats of the story. It made me feel, which is what pro wrestling is all about. I highly encourage everyone to check it out. It's only 7 issues so you can read it all in one sitting.

The author Daniel Warren Johnson is a self professed NJPW fan and he also did the first 24 issues of the Skybound Transformers series where you can see autobots doing rainmakers and tombstone piledrivers lol. It was top entertainment. You can probably read these comics for free through Libby or hoopla with a library card. I read it on a website that hosts comics lol.

Cliffjumper is my first deluxe since Siege Hound! TBH even though I have the Terracon FE CJ who's highly regarded and sought after, I always just wanted a normal version of him. The Terracon just didn't hit the same. I'm so glad the AOTP version came out. I prefer this mold to the FE one!

He feels very sturdy and heavy in hand. I only recently got back into collecting and I was only buying core/legends class because of limited space but this figure just spoke to me and of course he's definitely a step up from core class! Had to hit the HBK pose at the end. This will be my last deluxe purchase for quite some time.
