I find I grow crops in a field one year, leave fallow next yeat, crops again, fallow, crops, etc So, need a 2 or 4 year crop rotation option. If i do crops 2 years in a row the fertility rate seems to go down too much. No need for 2 fallow years as fertility increases enough in 1 year.

Anyone know why it's a 3 year rotation?

Am I misunderstanding how it works?
