I have no idea what's going on. I've recapped and reflowed basically everything and still no power. The 7.6v goes through the plug to the on/off switch and back to the power pcb but on its way back to main board it drops to .5v.

I've disconnected the power board and bridged the switch pins and when it's by itself I get 5v to the pins it's supposed to get to. Why would it lose voltage when connected but have it when disconnected? Any help would be Hella appreciated.
