Help finding a book for adult child with some disabilities
Hi y'all and blessings to you first off 🙏🏻✨💕
So I have a beloved precious daughter who has been finding her way back from mental health struggles for 4.5 yrs hospitalized. She is actually quite bright and dives deep into meaning behavioral stuff etc but the hospital basically forced ECT therapy on her 3x a week for several months then every few weeks for a year. Each time required general anesthesia
She's over the worst and was able to use her agency to say no more bc her cognition memory etc has taken a brutal hit (she was a pharmacy tech previously which helped her OCD lol)
So basically she's been really interested in how learning tarot has helped me with my personal internal journey and I was hoping to find recommendations on a book that's thorough enough for a bright adult... But with the understanding that heavy reading at this point goes in and out for her after all the electric shock. I've noticed it is slowly getting a little better as we talk daily, but I just don't want to set her up to fail
Sadly she doesn't have access to technology aside from her MP3 player
I do have a couple of those basic guide books to accompany the is it rider waite smith?
And there is a guide book that came with the queer deck I found for her
Is there a book that's good for beginners but has a know thyself or self help vibe? Or at the very least one that is simple and not to heavy but also thorough enough for a deep thinker?
She's kinda juxtaposed within because of the slowed or altered aspects but is still very much analyze all of my thoughts and yours too, girl 😂🥰
Thanks in advance and jeeze I hope that made sense it's a bit of an odd scenario but appreciate you trying even if you can't think of anything
🙏🏻🙏🏻💕
