[TOMT] [COMIC] [Seen in 2018] A single-panel, dark humor comic about a mad scientist working for The Make-A-Wish Foundation. Art style similar to something you'd see in a newspaper.

I've had a lot of luck with this sub-reddit before so I figured I'd try my luck again. Admittedly, this media might be much harder to find since I only ever came across it as a post on Discord and never knew where it originated from. I was very young at the time when I saw it and it's implied horror was burned into my brain as I had never been presented with such an intense scenario before. Now that I am older, I want to see the comic again to see if I still find it as impactful or if I'm more tolerant to this kind of stuff.

==I am looking for a single-panel, dark humor comic about a mad scientist working for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.==

The comic is made up of two captions and a single image. The first caption reads something along the lines of "[Little Billy?] wished to eat as much ice cream as he could. Turns out, he could handle[27 liters?] of ice cream fed to him at [3.5 mph?] before his stomach lining ruptured." The following caption reads something like "The Make-A-Wish Foundation decided to stop hiring mad scientists after this." The image between the two captions was much less graphic but still quite intense, just showing a boy strapped to a table with his mouth forced open and some sort of machine hovering menacingly above him while the mad scientist character stood next to him.

The post I saw was a digital image and not a photo, meaning that it was likely copy-and-pasted from a website and not taken from an actual newspaper. Given its edgy contents, I doubt it would've been allowed to be printed in a newspaper, but the simple character designs and formatting reminded me of the comics you see in the papers. It's hard to say exactly what year I saw the post, but I know it was around 2018. Though it could've been posted any time before that.
