Hi,

I'm thinking about buying one of these in this setup:

wiim ultra (Sub out crossover: 70 Hz), cayin mt-45mk3, jbl l36 and a bk XXLS400-FF

I know sweet FA about valve/tube amps but i've been reading a lot and apparently KT88 are more solid state sounding, would I be better off geting a different amp to get the tube sound or would I expect a very different sound than my current vintage nad 3030?

(I guess this falls between purchasing advice and discussion but I selected purchasing advice flair)

I’m after a listening chair, I have seen a replica eames chair for £650 but I was wondering if there was anything else better out there?

Chita Elvin looks good but the only places in the uk that have it seem very overpriced.

I’ve got a vintage NAD 3030, Wiim Ultra, Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Evo (black) and some JBL 36 speakers and I’m looking for a furniture unit but I can’t find anything I like.

Could I get some suggestions of examples available in the UK ideally but any inspiration would be helpful?
